I so want to give this some love, but alas, it is not worthy...
Whats right? Not much, it offers a way to order from mobile, BUT...
Whats not right? Before getting started, understand there are two accounts, one is rewards, the other is ordering. They are separate accounts. The app does not seem to store logins correct, so expect to manually login each time. Apple Pay integration? NOPE! When you go to pay for your order in the app, you will be prompted again for your password.
In short, it would appear the corporate lawyers had total control over the app, no user friendliness here!
OK, so you got past all of the above, and arrive at the cafe to pick up your order. The store is mildly busy and when the cashier asks for your name, goes to a terminal in the back to pull off your order and make it for you... this after waiting 30 minutes from order to pickup. I would guess many stores are not fully prepared for this modern technology.
The food is fine, not the best but sure beats Taco Bell...
