A swing and a big miss

First off and really the biggest issue is that we have lost a lot of value with losing the punch card. Dont use points, just use digital punches.... I want my punches not a dollar equivalent. Its no fun. Why dont you just say, get 10% cash back in points! Thats basically what you are saying.

Also the app doesnt function great..

I can go to costa vita now because I only went to cafe rio for the punch cards.
