App is adequate for most purposes

Is you go to CR with any kind of regularity, the app is useful.
Scans receipts very quickly to collect those points, and CR really has a fairly generous points program.
The apps ordering menu is waaay more comprehensive than whats in the stores. For example, I never knew I could get salsa fresca free alongside a burrito! Likewise makes costs of other add-ons clear.
Weaknesses:
- making special orders is hard. Well, kludgey & unobvious.
- if making an order, DO NOT LEAVE the app until you have COMPLETED CHECKOUT!! if you leave the app—even momentarily—the app forgets your order, so youre back to 0. Really lame feature here.
- On pick-up, you need to double-check even standard orders to make sure you get what you ordered. Its not like they try to shortchange you, the staff just misreads whats ordered some large minority of the times.
