One of the most infuriating apps Ive ever used. You can tell their hybrid-build for all platforms is clunky at best. If you leave the order tab every thing resets so I hope you dont forget your promo code and password like I did. Entering your order four times is enough to make anyone crazy.

I love the chicken Tostada with lots of cilantro. Crave one every week.

The store I went to in Provo was listed on the app but when I went to claim my reward (free drink) the gal at the cash register said they dont honor the app at their location... So I didnt get credit for my $30 purchase and I didnt get my free drink. Try again Cafe Rio.

Login with rewards account, but fails when placing web or app order. The app seems to be nothing more than rewards app, I have yet to figure out how to order. Poorly done folks.

Overall I think that the app is well designed and laid out. It is intuitive and easy to navigate, and I love that I am able to now order from my mobile device from anywhere. Cant wait to see what other functionality is released in the future!

Nothing but issues and will not work at any Maryland locations it seems.

Im trying to order taco Tuesday but the app thinks that today is Wednesday so it will not allow me to chose the option, rather it allows me to chose the Wednesday special. Please fix this issue!

Beware will lose any promo in account if used in-store . Plus will spam your account if used with Facebook

What a brick of an app. Cant even sign up, so you cant do anything.

I placed a large order using the app - found the location via the app and paid for my order with my Visa via the app. When I arrived at the location, they didnt have my order and said they werent using the app, only WA State is set up to use it. Uh, but then why did the app take my order AND my money?

The App now works @ 2 Maryland locations. 2 more will be starting later this week, according to a Manager. Super easy to order via the App. Love it!!

I like that its moving over to an app. However, I hate that I had a stamp card with 8 stamps on it and went on Monday for the military Mondays and was told that it was worthless. That really bugs me to an extreme.

Cant even login

I didnt read all the details in the description. It says that the app only works in MD, VA, and WA. I downloaded the app, got a coupon for Buy One Get One free. I ordered two salads and found out that they werent going to honor the coupon in Las Vegas, NV and didnt get a QR code to scan. There is no barcode on the receipt. So I had to pay $17 and didnt get any points for my purchase, except for the free 20 points when you log in with FaceBook.

This app is terrible. Firstly, it is a rip off rewards program. Only receiving one point per dollar spent is outrageous compared to the previous stamp program where I could get one per meal. Additionally, I go to cafe rio in multiple U.S. locations and cannot use my rewards at the locations that only accept the stamp cards. After spending 100 dollars to receive the 10 dollar coupon, I was forced to pay an extra two dollars because the register didnt incorporate the military discount. So much for a free meal.

They had no idea I even made an order

I created an account and then tried to login and order but it said "invalid email address or password". I tried several times to no avail. I checked my email and I received the confirmation that my account was created but still wouldnt work after trying 5 or 6 times. Tried creating an account using my wifes email address and it did the exact same thing. Worthless.

This doesnt work, stamps worked just fine.
