Do not download!!!

F**k this app. I downloaded it thinking I would get a fee burrito but then I got to my nearest location and they said they DONT EVEN ACCEPT OFFERS FROM THEIR OWN APP! This app is a disgrace to all burritos...

No one accepts the app

I havent found one cafe rio store that accept this app. Its useless until it can be used and accepted.

Security Issue

After downloading the app, signed in using the Facebook button. Instead of using the Facebook Im signed in with right now, it used a different Facebook that was signed in on my phone months ago. This is deeply concerning, as it had personal data attached. So if you ever let someone else check their Facebook using your phone, there is the potential of having yours or someone elses private information compromised?!? Not cool, Caveat Emptor!!!

Separate accounts - Login and order?

Good start. One key question. Do users need to create two accounts - one to login to the App to earn points, etc. and a second one to place an order? I was logged in and tried to place an order and was prompted to either 1.) checkout as guest, or 2.) login | sign-up. I selected the login option and entered my credentials and received a message that my credentials were not valid. I tried another time to make sure it wasnt a mistake on my end, and received the same message. Is this by design? If I have to login separately to order, It is highly unlikely I will place an order via the App.

Great App! Great Food

I actually love this app over the previous loyalty cards. You now get credit for all purchases instead of just entree items. No problems w/app thus far. No complaints.

Decent

App is straight forward and organized. I dont like scanning bar code on receipt. Also, credit card/login issues need to be sorted out when ordering pick up through app. I dont want to enter card data every time (link up with Apple Pay or have a card scanner).
